Spicy, smokey and sweet, this rub is great on ribs and chicken if you can take the heat.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Tomato Powder

  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Honey

  • 2 tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar

  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle Powder

  • 1 tablespoon Momma’s Chili Powder

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Store in an air tight container in cool dark place
  • Yields about 1/2 cup
